Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Return window begins from the date of delivery, not the order date
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unworn items in original condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging
  • Non-personalized/non-custom items
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact customer service at hello@wearsainte.com or through our website
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items: Securely pack items with RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship to: 232 Blackmore Pond Rd (full address provided with RMA)
  5. Quality Inspection: All returned items undergo a quality test to ensure they are unused
  6. Processing: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after passing quality inspection

Quality Inspection Process

  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt
  • Items must pass our quality test to qualify for refund or exchange
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted
  • If an item fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense

  • All Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return Address: 232 Blackmore Pond Rd (complete address provided with RMA)
  • Recommendation: Use trackable shipping method for security
  • Failed Inspection: Items that fail quality inspection returned at customer's expense
